NEW DELHI: As India and Australia gear up for the second Test in Delhi from Friday, star batter Virat Kohli had a nostalgic long drive to the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium. Back at his birthplace, Kohli took out some time to drive his way to the stadium for practice ahead of the second Test.
In an Instagram story, Kohli wrote, ” A long drive towards the stadium in Delhi after ages. Such a nostalgic feeling.”
Kohli, who now resides in Mumbai, hails from Delhi and represented the Delhi team during the younger days.

Local boy Kohli last played a Test match in Delhi back in 2017 against Sri Lanka where he scored 243 and 50 in the two innings.
Kohli recently has been in red-hot form in white-ball cricket but is yet to emulate the same in the longest format.
Kohli had a flop show in the Nagpur Test against the Aussies where he was dismissed by spinner Todd Murphy for 12.
India currently lead the 4-Test series 1-0.
